I’m Trish. I’m in midlife, living it in real time and paying attention.
For a long time, I thrived in fast-paced environments. Then my energy shifted, my body changed, and the way I’d been moving through life stopped working.
What helped wasn’t a single fix. It was learning to relate to myself differently. Slowing down, listening more closely, and becoming intentional about how I showed up in my days. It was a season of re-orienting, figuring out what fit, what didn’t, and who I wanted to be next.
